UNITE: 14-Day Return Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange on eligible items. 

 14-Day Return & Exchange Policy

At Unite, your satisfaction is our highest priority. We are committed to delivering products that meet both your expectations and our strict quality standards. While we work diligently to ensure every order arrives in perfect condition, we understand that sometimes a product might not be exactly what you hoped for. That’s why we offer a clear, fair, and thoughtful 14-day return and exchange policy designed with you in mind.


Our Promise to You

We thoroughly inspect and carefully package each item before it leaves our facility to ensure that it’s free of defects, damage, and irregularities. Your trust in our products means everything to us, and we strive to make your experience with our brand a positive one from start to finish.


What Can Be Returned

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 14 calendar days from the date your order was delivered. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition you purchased it in — unworn, unused, and unwashed.

  • It must be in its original packaging if brand new, with all tags, accessories, instructions, and inserts included (if applicable).

  • A valid proof of purchase or order confirmation number is required to process your request.


Items That Cannot Be Returned

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, intimate-use products cannot be accepted for return under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Adult Use Items (Marital Aides)

  • Swimwear & Undergarments 

  • Personal hygiene items

  • Opened skincare or wellness products

  • Any product labeled as “final sale” or non-returnable at the time of purchase

Additionally, items that show signs of wear, damage, misuse, or alterations not caused by us will not be eligible for a return or exchange.


How to Initiate a Return

To start a return or exchange:

  1. Contact our Customer Support Team at [Email Coming Soon] within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your full name, order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for your request.

  3. Our team will review your request and, if eligible, issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN) along with detailed return instructions.

  4. Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging and ship it back to us as instructed.

Important:
Returns sent without a Return Authorization Number or beyond the 14-day window will not be accepted or returned at our expense.


Refunds and Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable, except in cases where we shipped incorrect or defective items.

  • For exchanges, we will process and ship the replacement item as soon as the original return is received and approved.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by sending clear photographs and a description of the issue to [support email]. We will arrange for a prompt replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost to you.


A Note on Fair Use

Our return policy is designed to be fair to all customers. Excessive returns, misuse of the policy, or any returns involving intentionally damaged or misrepresented items may result in the denial of future transactions or returns.
