When you enroll as a UNITE Affiliate, you agree to:

• Operate Ethically and Honestly:
Conduct yourself with integrity, honesty, and respect toward other affiliates, customers, and the general public. Misrepresentation of earnings, products, or services is strictly prohibited.
• Comply with Laws and Regulations:
Abide by all local, state, and federal laws applicable to your affiliate and marketing activities.
• Use Approved Marketing Materials:
Only use official UNITE marketing resources or obtain written approval for any personal promotional materials. False, deceptive, or misleading advertising is not allowed.
• Maintain Accurate and Up-to-Date Account Information:
Keep your contact details, payment information, and tax-related documentation current in your affiliate account.
• Respect Intellectual Property:
Do not misuse or alter UNITE’s logos, trademarks, copyrighted materials, or proprietary content without prior written permission.
• Protect Confidential Information:
You agree not to disclose any confidential business information, affiliate data, customer lists, or internal communications without written consent from UNITE.
• Manage Your Network Responsibly:
If building a team, you are responsible for providing honest, transparent guidance and leadership to your referred affiliates.
• Avoid Spam and Unethical Marketing:
Affiliates must not engage in unsolicited email marketing (spam), deceptive promotions, or harassment of potential customers or affiliates.
  
  Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in account suspension or termination at UNITE’s sole discretion.
